Interfaces

Interfaces connect TwoFiftyTwo to the messaging platforms your team already uses. Once installed, team members can query TwoFiftyTwo directly from Slack or Microsoft Teams without opening the web app.

Slack

Install the TwoFiftyTwo Agent in a Slack workspace so your team can @mention it in any channel or direct message.

Setup

1. Navigate to Interfaces in the sidebar.
2. Click Install in Slack.
3. Authorise the TwoFiftyTwo application in the Slack OAuth flow.
4. Select the Slack workspace to connect.

Once installed, the TwoFiftyTwo Agent appears as a bot in your workspace. Invite it to any channel with /invite @TwoFiftyTwo.

Using TwoFiftyTwo in Slack

Mention @TwoFiftyTwo followed by your question in any channel where the bot is present:

@TwoFiftyTwo What are the key risks to EUR/USD heading into this week's ECB meeting?

TwoFiftyTwo responds in the thread with a research summary drawn from your connected data sources. The response includes citations and can be followed up with additional questions in the same thread.

Microsoft Teams

Connect TwoFiftyTwo to a Microsoft Teams workspace so team members can @mention it in any channel.

Setup

Microsoft Teams requires an organisation-level installation. Your IT administrator must approve and install the TwoFiftyTwo application within your Microsoft 365 tenant before individual users can connect it.

To get set up:

1. Reach out to TwoFiftyTwo via the contact details in your onboarding materials to request Teams installation.
2. Once the app is installed in your tenant, navigate to Interfaces in the sidebar.
3. Your Teams tenant will appear here. Link your account to complete the connection.

Using TwoFiftyTwo in Teams

Once connected, @mention TwoFiftyTwo in any channel it has been added to:

@TwoFiftyTwo Summarise the key points from our credit research emails on Volkswagen this month.

Responses appear in the channel thread with full citations.
